The training comprises both theoretical and practical methods of good manufacturing that will allow producers to obtain safe, quality products by reducing contamination throughout processing.

Twenty-five farmers from various districts are attending the training. Upon completion, participants will have tools to strengthen and diversify their coconut production systems.
