Community grants offered | The Western Producer

BASF Canada has announced the second annual BASF Community Challenge.

It is expected to provide $65,000 to community organizations across Western Canada, from critical emergency services to recreational youth clubs.

As well, the company has introduced a $25,000 grand prize to celebrate the 25th anniversary of InVigor hybrid canola.

InVigor growers have until Oct. 15 to nominate an organization or initiative in their community for the chance to receive one of eight $5,000 donations.

For the $25,000 grand prize, western Canadian growers and retail partners can nominate a local organization, which will be donated to the winner’s organization of choice.
