In 2021, the UN Secretary General will convene the Food System Summit as part of the Decade of Action to achieve the SDGs by 2030. The Summit (Link) includes five Action Tracks on Nutrition, Sustainable Consumption, Nature Positive Production, Livelihoods and Resilience.
During the second Public Forum on the Innovation Lever of Change, the work around four focus areas on Innovation will be presented by the key panel that will frame the importance of innovation in supporting the Action Tracks and Game-changer propositions, underlining strategic priorities and new key partnerships crucial for the improvement of the future food systems. The session will include a panel discussion and a Q&A section from the audience using Slido.com.
