Lactalis Canada appoints Stephane Chatel as VP, quality assurance  

Lactalis Canada appoints Stephane Chatel to the position of vice-president, quality assurance. In this position, Chatel will oversee the planning, management and execution of all quality management, quality control and food safety activities within Lactalis Canada.

Chatel brings over 30 years of food industry experience in quality, food safety, research & development to Lactalis Canada. In Canada, Chatel most recently served as vice-president of quality and food safety for Weston Foods, Fresh, Ambient, and Frozen Baked Goods business. Prior to this, Chatel held the position of vice-president quality, food safety and crisis management for the dairy and plant-based business of Danone Canada.
