Registrations on for Plant-Based Foods & Proteins Summit Americas

Bridge2Food brings together key leaders from all along the value chain who are working to drive transformation in the plant-based industry. The Netherlands-based company is hosting its highly regarded Plant-Based Foods & Proteins Summit Americas in Chicago, May 10-12.

“The industry is at a crossroads: collaboration across the value chain as well as between brands will be essential to raising the bar and keeping the consumer engaged,” says CEO Gerard Klein Essink. “At this Bridge2Food summit there is the unique opportunity to connect with decision-makers all along the value chain, including startups.”

There are three tracks during the summit so delegates are able to personalize their experience to fit their immediate business goals: Consumer & Industry Challenges, Delicious Food Innovations, and Sustainable Process Innovations. All these discussions will be overlaid with a mind to sustainability concerns.

There is particular interest in the Track III discussions led by Akshay Arora from Ingredion around novel technologies and processes. Addressed will be what key technologies will emerge in the next few years, and how can they help with themes like sustainability, affordability and taste.
