Butter Buds offers a dairy-free option for block butter

Butter Buds, a supplier of dairy and non-dairy concentrates, recently developed an oil-based solution that allows manufacturers to replace block butter in many formulations, such as bakery products. Butter Buds ND Butter Base 100, a dairy-free, oil-based ingredient solution is made with coconut oil, and allows bakers to deliver the same taste and texture as block butter.
